♡ By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions of the terms of service automatically.♡ It is YOUR responsibility to read through the TOS and understand exactly how my commissions work before purchasing.⋆˚୨♡୧˖° GENERAL INFORMATION: ⋆˚୨♡୧˖°
♡ Communication: All communication will be held over my social media platforms. For final PNG to be sent, an email is required to not disturb the quality of the artwork.♡Refusal of request: As the Artist, I get to choose what I can and can't draw, therefore if I deem the commission request inappropriate or unnecessary, then I can refuse it.♡ Refusal of Cooperation: Ghosting, harassment, disrespect or 'rushing me' behaviour will not be tolerated. If you can't respond, let me know. If not, a 24 hour no response can lead to a halt in the commission. If any behaviour is received I don't like, a block and report, or even ban from commissioning me will entail.⋆˚୨♡୧˖° PAYMENT:: ⋆˚୨♡୧˖°
♡ Timeline: I expect any upfront payment to be completed after the consultation. If unable, then we can discuss an agreed time.♡ Payment Types: I accept full payment upfront, or I can do 50% upfront, and 50% after the initial sketch. These are my only options!♡ Refunds: I accept NO refunds. This is non-negotiable.⋆˚୨♡୧˖° DISTRIBUTION:: ⋆˚୨♡୧˖°♡ Waiting Time: The minimum timeline for receiving the art, is a week. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the wait can be and might be longer. Please be patient, I have multiple commissions to complete!♡ Delivery: Once I've drawn the entire image and have been full paid, an email is required for me to send a full quality image to you.⋆˚୨♡୧˖° COPY RIGHT AND USAGE:: ⋆˚୨♡୧˖°♡ Business Copy Right Agreement: I own the name Pristine Core and have an Australian Business Number attached to my name and business, therefore, I own all the rights to the art made by myself and is in-fact illegal in the eyes of the government to use my name for anything else as I have the copy rights permitted for my commissions.♡ You cannot upload any of my art pieces into an ai generating platform or use my art to scribe ai AT ALL. I am Strictly against Ai and I give no one permission to use ai to ruin my artwork.♡ Usage: My artwork commissions are for PERSONAL usage only. However that may be, profile pictures, background etc. No profit can come from selling my art for your own benefit or taking it as your own.♡ Watermark: All commissions will have a watermark included. This accepts NO exceptions. This is to claim the artwork as my own so others can't use it, as well as to claim it as mine. You will still be able to use it, of course. However, it stamps my name for others to see.
The watermark is non-negotiable.⋆˚୨♡୧˖° CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS:: ⋆˚୨♡୧˖°♡ Change Requests: I will be sending updates in the form of screenshots and will be asking if you'd like any changes at every single step. I will confirm with you last time I will be taking changes before I finish the artwork. No changes after this message is permitted. This is because I merge every single layer together so I can do the background (If purchased), therefore, no major changes can happen due to the fact that, it's too much work. (Unless you're open to compensating me for extra work.)♡ Cancellations: No cancellations after I have rendered. There is no point, I have finished the drawing already and you've paid, so no cancellations will be accepted.If you've read all that, thank you!
